Manasya Wellness ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Manasya Wellness.

This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile application, Manasya Wellness (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. The types of personal information we collect include:

Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials securely via Firebase Authentication.
Device Permissions: With your explicit consent, we may request access to your device's Camera, Photo Gallery, and Microphone. These permissions are strictly used for core app functionalities, such as adding images to your Vision Board or Journal. We do not secretly access your media.
Usage Data & Crash Reports: We automatically collect diagnostic data and crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain the App.
To process your subscriptions securely via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing.
To personalize your experience (e.g., saving your journals securely to the cloud via Firestore).
To analyze usage patterns and improve app performance.
To communicate with you regarding updates or support.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your journal entries and user data are securely stored using Google Cloud infrastructure (Firestore) with industry-standard encryption.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to request access to the data we have collected about you, and to request that we delete your account and associated data.

How to delete your account:

Inside the App: You can delete your account directly from the Settings menu within the Manasya Wellness app. This will instantly and permanently remove your user data and journals from our active databases.
Via the Web (Without the App): If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@manasyawellness.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request within 7 business days.

Data that is deleted: Your profile information, journal entries, vision board images, and assessment results are permanently deleted. We do not retain any of your personal data after account deletion.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
